Community Programs for Teens
Sparkle Empowerment Program for Girls – The purpose of this program is to develop middle and high school aged girls’ leadership qualities, encourage volunteerism, and self-esteem, while exposing the participants to philanthropy, the arts and educational opportunities. NEFCU High School Scholarship
Available to any graduating high school senior who is either a member of or has a parent/guardian who is a member of NEFCU. Winners will be selected and will each receive a $1,000 scholarship. Deadline to apply is end of April. To apply online, click here. Winners of this scholarship also have a chance to win a $20,000 scholarship as well.
Alicia Ashby Boyd Memorial Scholarship – Jack and Jill of Nassau County
